The Salgari Restaurant was inspired by the work of the Veronese writer Emilio Salgari (1862 - 1911), author of many popular adventure novels, loved by readers of all ages.

With the same passion for discovery and the same spirit of research, at the Salgari Restaurant we like to present to our Guests a selection of the best Veronese and Italian seasonal dishes, with some detours among the flavors of distant lands.

The dining area and the patio are surrounded by the relaxing view of the outdoor garden and the pool.

The Salgari Restaurant, also open to guests outside the hotel, is suitable for hosting any type of event: gala dinners, business lunches or dinners, cocktails by the pool, ceremonies, etc.
